Terms of delivery
These terms apply to orders from businesses and organisations.
Prices
Prices are in euros excl. VAT. VAT of 25.5% is added to the invoice.
Orders
An order is confirmed when the customer has approved the mockup, colours and quantity by email.
Logo and materials
The customer is responsible for having the right to use the logo and other material sent to us.
Appearance
Products are printed layer by layer, so colour shades and small details may differ slightly from the mockup.
Delivery
Lead time is usually 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. Pickup in Vaasa is free. Delivery by PostNord costs €20 (excl. VAT), and orders of 500 pcs or more ship free.
Payment
We invoice the order. Payment terms are stated on the invoice.
Faults and returns
Check the products on receipt and report any faults within 7 days to info@partfab.fi. We replace or credit faulty products. As products are made to order with the customer's logo, they cannot be returned.
Governing law
The agreement is governed by Finnish law.
