An affordable corporate gift with a logo is usually an advertising gift for tax purposes. According to the Finnish Tax Administration, an advertising gift is a low-value mass gift given at the same time and in the same form to several recipients. Ordinary advertising gifts are deductible advertising costs, and a gift counts as ordinary when its purchase price is at most €50 including VAT.
More individually chosen representation gifts are only 50% deductible. A gift worth at most €100, chosen by the employer and given to all staff, is usually tax-free for the employee.

Through the form or by email. A vector logo (SVG, PDF, AI) is best, but PNG and JPG work too.

Usually within 1–2 working days. For new products you get a quote at the same time.

The order is confirmed once the mockup is approved. No setup fee.

Pickup or post
Ready in 2–3 weeks. Free pickup in Vaasa or PostNord delivery for €20 – free from 500 pcs.

What is a corporate gift?
A gift a company gives to clients, partners or staff. It can be an advertising gift, meaning an affordable logo product handed out to many people, or a more individually chosen representation gift.
What is an advertising gift?
A low-value product with the company's logo or name, handed out in the same form to several recipients – for example a keyring can opener at a trade fair.
What is the minimum order?
25 pcs for can openers. Other products are agreed separately – even single pieces are fine.
How much does a corporate gift with a logo cost?
The can opener costs €3.50/pc in a batch of 25 and €1.35/pc in a batch of 1,000 (excl. VAT). The mockup is free and there is no setup fee.
How long does delivery take?
A mockup usually within 1–2 working days, finished products within 2–3 weeks of mockup approval.
Do you deliver across Finland?
Yes. Delivery by PostNord costs €20 (excl. VAT), and orders of 500 pcs or more ship free. In Vaasa you can pick up the order for free.
Are corporate gifts tax-deductible?
According to the Finnish Tax Administration, ordinary advertising gifts with a purchase price of at most €50 including VAT are deductible advertising costs. Representation gifts are 50% deductible. Check your situation with your accountant.
