A Christmas gift worth at most €100, chosen by the employer and given to all staff, is usually tax-free for the employee.
An identical low-value logo gift for clients is an ordinary advertising gift according to the Finnish Tax Administration when its purchase price is at most €50 including VAT. Ordinary advertising gifts are deductible advertising costs.
